365 people made me a baseball psychic

I have accepted a challenge of making a list of 365 people who have in some way touched my life. Next I am to write a little blurb about them with a small hitch. I must write using the exact amount of words that equal my age for each person. In my case 41. At first I thought this would be impossible. My next thought was it would be a breeze. Now I go back and forth between the impossibilities and the opportunities

29. Melinda

Distraught over not being allowed to chaperone her son’s class trip, Melinda read what the permission slip said, “Chaperones welcome, but no siblings please”. I defined siblings, she was relieved. Then she innocently asked, “do you boil or bake canned tuna?”

I believe Jessica may actually be Melinda's second cousin once removed! I know they must have went for a swim in the same gene pool at some point! ;-)

funny, but sad too ... the idea of her imparting her own brand of wisdom to her son explains more than I want to know, but maybe we can just smile and shake our heads, and then help connect the dots
